SDOC’s inaugural Aspiring Leaders Academy cohort graduated last night! This group delved into challenging issues faced regularly by district leaders in an effort to continue building leadership capacity at all levels. Massive congratulations to them!

First-year teachers are at it once again! Our New Teacher Symposium IV was a wonderful evening of profound conversations centered around childhood trauma, stress, poverty, and homelessness. Even in the final quarter, these teachers are making time to further their learning!

Aspiring Leaders in @Osceolaschools were treated to a welcome from the superintendent. In fact, she was interacting with participants throughout dinner, a variety of breakout sessions and an expert panel to guide them in their leadership path. Proud to represent @OsceolaMultEd !

Aspiring leaders from schools around the county attended the 2018 Instructional Leadership Fair! With over fifteen diverse breakout sessions and a leadership Q&A panel, these dedicated teachers put in the extra effort to gain more knowledge and drive student success!
