Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson says 3 people died when an OC Transpo bus hit a shelter this afternoon. 2 victims were on the bus, the 3rd person was on the platform struck by the bus. Watson says 23 other people were injured, many seriously. cbc.ca/1.4975385
