In collaboration with the Cohasset PD and the newly appointed coordinator of the BAPERN South District Chief W. Quigley, the South Shore RECC has proudly taken on the responsibility of conducting the monthly Greater Boston Emergency Radio Network (BAPERN) South District test.

Help us congratulate 3 new trainees, Schneider, Lahiff, & Olsen have successfully completed the 911 Dispatcher Trainee Program buy the SSRECC. This training program has set up the trainees with the essential skills and knowledge required to effectively serve as a 911 dispatcher.

🚨WRWS to notify that due to repairs to the Hull wastewater plant, the Hull FD, Sewer dept & WRWS will be using water from a fire hydrant at the plant at 3:30 PM today. This may cause discolored water in the system. Residents are urged to check their wash prior to doing laundry.

Last week Disp Specialist E. Naylor & Director Aaron Smith stopped by Wellspring Multi-Service Center in Hull with a donation of food items and necessities collected by team members of South Shore RECC. It's great to see just how far donations reach out to area residents in need.

(K9-Peddocks - Hull PD) I stopped in to meet some of my friends from SSRECC today. I got a little tour of the dispatch area and got to put some faces to the voices I hear all day on the radio. Thank you for all that you do and thank you for spoiling me with ice cubes and treats!
