@axelheitmueller Thanks for sharing Axel. Variation is defo already a significant System issue - as evidenced v clearly in recent GIRFT neuro report. ICSs could be key to addressing variation with the right focus and support. Pls also disregard headline - not a fan of term ‘postcode lottery’
