Little ones like a nice hot drink every day, and big ones like sleeping for a day after it was done 😂 And commiserating with friends who have gone through it/ are going through it. Some things that worked for me : - Blocking out a rough schedule on Gcal, and adjusting it every day to make sure I was on track - Making time to disconnect and move my body every day - Simplifying life tasks like cooking through batch cooking or meal kits
