@Kwajotweneboa So @luhc, seems there's not much difference between how local authority, & housing associations treat residents. They disregard peoples vulnerabilities, wellbeing & cultural needs. Unless you shout the loudest, or are well connected - you're just a box to be ticked or fobbed off

Morning everyone. Have a read of this👇🏽 I’ve said so many times it is disgusting how disabled people are treated by housing providers including local authorities. I have SEEN it with my own eyes. No regard for their needs at all. Hammersmith & Fulham council btw.

Happy to discuss with any fellow residents, tenant and resident associations, social landlords, housing professionals and trade professionals / contractors. Etc. I see that @LQHomesMatter are trying. It's just simply not good enough. #PeopleOverPolitics. Do better. Rant over

I'm a built environment professional, and #resident of a social #landlord - @LQHomesMatter. That I, find their #service extremely difficult, distressing, and despicable - because it's so inaccessible. Understatement. Lots of undermined, under resourced, and overwhelmed staff.
