@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah But Tice has paid his way, he's legally paid the required amount he has too. you think people like Starmer or Polanski are not using the same loopholes. at he end of the day its just being smart with your money invest a bit here donate a little their. Certain you'd do the same.

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah AsI said, they don't need to do so - if I was a multi millionaire I would certainly pay my way correctly. Maybe I was brought up differently from the greedy fat cat nation we've become under career politicians and the right wing media singling out the hardest hit as the enemy.

@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah You acting like this is only happening on one side of the isle, I'd bet anyone making enough money that they'd use an accountant would look for any which way to avoid paying as much tax as possible, and if you and me were in the same position we'd do it. shorturl.at/9b1G9

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah Multi millionare politicians calling for benefit cuts etc for the most in need while they do their damnedest to avoid full UK tax in any way possible is odious. Tice Farage Zahawi etc are all cuplable. They don't need it so why not pay it into the UK coffers like the rest of us?

@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah It's not that I can't see them as untouchable I just don't believe this story about Tice is all its cracked up to be. from what I can tell it just looks like Tice had to pay back some tax out of a personal account that was missed previously. Paid back in full.

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah He is also a lawyer - he should, and does from what I can see, work outside of his own personal political leanings. It's obvious that you see Tice and Farage untouchable, where I see them no better than Rayner, Zahawi etc. I'll leave it there.

@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah Dan is a member of the Labour Party and has served on its senior disciplinary body, its also not surprising that people in Labour would want to push out people they think will be trouble.

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah I'm sure he will pursue it if Farage has misquoted - and then your 'labour' analogy of him. As I understand it, he was part of the downfall of Rayner, and also blew the whistle on Mandleson. I'd try 'Impartial' or 'Unbiased' next time.

@dan_wilkinson @KevlarHannah Well like he answered previously if you had watched, he said he's not a tax expert, that he'd refer to the labour tax guy and what he said being correct. That the tax was paid.

@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah I understand that Dan has now tried to shy away from his quote where he said "Tice has paid in full" because Farage used his own words as proof and now he's gotta backtrack to a position that is closer to the labour party line of bashing Reform irrelevant of any factual basis

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah And the Tax Guy who you tagged as 'labour' stated straight away that what Farage said was incorrect and asked him to correct himself - he hasn't because he knows he would have to acknowledge lying to try and get the story closed down. So 'deflection' is 100% accurate in this case

@doogal6191649 @KevlarHannah His does not track though as when he answered in the previous question he went through the situation in good depth while also mentioning that he himself is not a tax expert and referred to the labour tax guy as being correct. in the end the tax was paid with a little more ontop.

@SilveriumGuard @KevlarHannah Obviously it wasn't satisfatory though, so he was asked again, as any good reporter should do. He resorted to his usual thin skinned arrogance and deflection and tried shifting the narrative - his classic tactic when he's caught in the headlights and under scrutiny.

@KevlarHannah He’s spent the last few weeks laying into Kier Starmer for not answering questions and then he does exactly the same He knew he’d be asked about it and had plenty of time to read up about the tax laws and provide a proper response Instead he throws his toys out the pram🤣

@RebelliousBard @TiceRichard I hope Reform address tax code issues when in power but they aren't, and while the loophole exists people can use it LEGALLY. Tax code could be reviewed by labour to avoid this but they all use the same loopholes so they won't & msm will only report on one side. Hypocrites.

You cannot call out the loop hole as bad in your own manifesto and then use a similar one. That's literally saying, do as I say, not as I do. If you call it out, you should at least stand by that principle. What is the point of the manifesto if nothing actually applies. What are you voting for ultimately if nothing in that document applies to your politicians? Hold them to account. Don't just roll your eyes at it. I am no Reform fan so will happily call the BS out because I do not want them in power. You should be calling it out to make your party better!

Desperate still to smear me & Reform, Sunday Times has again spent weeks pouring over my company accounts with Labour-supporting tax accountant All that effort has revealed overall HMRC received the correct amount of tax due Journo now effectively complaining I paid too much tax rather than company pay some tax on my behalf! All due to complex tax technicality around dividends to certain shareholder classes in REITs But S Times refuses to investigate serious accounting irregularities & possible multi million pound electoral law breaches by Labour Party Properties Ltd, that I exposed Meanwhile, I’ll get on with representing the people of Boston &Skegness & campaigning to kick out this dreadful government

Exclusive: Richard Tice’s company broke the law by failing to pay tens of thousands of pounds in tax on dividends that were paid to him and his offshore trust. He received at least £91,000 in excess payments as a result of the failure. thetimes.com/uk/politics/ar…

@RebelliousBard @TiceRichard I mean if the loophole is there and its legal why not make use of it, why volunteer more taxes to a shit government that can't spend any of it correctly, anyone who isn't using all the loopholes they can you'd have to question their financial competence.

@TiceRichard For all of the cultist copers disliking the mention of the Tice Tax dodge. The loop hole is mentioned in your own manifesto and yet you turn a blind eye !!! What level of cope are you on where you will ignore your own manifesto rather than holding your party to account ?

@DHKITCH @juneslater17 If this was true then why is the BMA lobbying the government for more NHS jobs because of the up to 12k people coming out of schooling and not being able to get a job in the NHS

@tedCMG @gillysuit21 @policy_n_mandaz @jzrdan the difference is we are saying is this tax of yours will likely be avoided still by those billionaires follow by the tax then being forced on those who have wealth in assets but are not cash rich like small businesses/farm's where the wealth is in the land or infrastructure

@gillysuit21 @SilveriumGuard @policy_n_mandaz @jzrdan When a tiny fraction of people hold a massive share of resources, it distorts the economy and limits opportunity for everyone else. Yet for you believe billionaires are poor, that they live pay cheque to pay cheque despite spending hundreds of millions on super yschts

@Cai_ParryJones Wales does not need or want the Reform party. They will abolish the NHS as we know it, free at the point of need, they will increase boat people allocation to Wales without money to cope having shelved Nation of Sanctuary policy, they will attempt to limit use of Welsh language.

It's an honour to announce that I will be standing for Reform UK as a Senedd candidate for Cardiff North-East / Caerdydd Ffynnon Taf. I didn't set out to become a politician, I simply wanted to volunteer for a party that finally stands for common-sense values. Finding myself now in this position is a privilege I don't take lightly. Vote Reform.

Desperate nonsense. We plan to abolish both LBTT and business rates. The replacement would be optional, and apply only from the next purchase, which is why we think phasing them out would take 10 years. As should be abundantly clear, Reform is the party of cutting taxes.
Scottish Conservatives@ScotTories

Lord Offord wants to introduce a new Property Tax that will cost you £1,608 on top of your council tax. The Scottish Conservatives would abolish the tax on buying your home instead.
