في ظل الظروف المناخية الاستثنائية التي تشهدها بلادنا منذ عدة أسابيع، والتي أثرت على نشاط بعض موانئ المملكة، عبأت وزارة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة كل الفاعلين العموميين والخواص في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى ضمان التزويد المنتظم بالمواد البترولية لتجاوز الصعوبات التي تحول دون تفريغ بعض السفن المحملة بالمواد الطاقية بما فيها البترولية. وتتابع الوزارة عن كثب، بتنسيق مع كافة المهنيين، مستوى المخزون وحمولة السفن داخل الموانئ والتي توجد في انتظار التفريغ، حيث يبلغ مستوى المخزون الوطني أكثر من 617 ألف طن من المواد البترولية الذي سيمكن من سد حاجيات السوق الوطنية في انتظار تفريغ السفن البترولية التي تحمل على متنها أكثر من مليون طن إضافية من هذه المواد. وقد تم كذلك جرد المنشآت أو محطات بيع الوقود التي تم إغلاقها مؤقتا على مستوى بعض المناطق المتضررة من الفيضانات لتفادي أي خطر على البيئة وسلامة المحيط. وتظل الوضعية الحالية متحكم فيها ومستقرة، بفضل الإجراءات الاستباقية التي تم اتخاذها بتنسيق مع الفاعلين في قطاع المحروقات، لتوفير مخزونات لتغطية حاجيات السوق الوطنية، مع الحرص على أهمية مواصلة التنسيق الدائم والتكافل بين مختلف المتدخلين، وتعزيز آليات اليقظة والمتابعة لضمان استمرارية التزويد بجميع مناطق المملكة. وتعمل الوزارة على مواصلة التنسيق مع كل الفاعلين في القطاع من أجل تأمين التزويد في هذه الظرفية الاستثنائية، علما أن مصالح الوزارة تعمل بمعية السلطات المحلية وكافة المهنيين المحليين، على التتبع اليومي من أجل استمرارية توفير المواد البترولية في أحسن الظروف. وتسهر خلية اليقظة على مستوى الوزارة على التتبع الدقيق والشامل للوضع والتفاعل الفوري مع كل وضعية أومستجد متعلق بالتزويد، إضافة إلى ضمان المداومة على مستوى المختبر الوطني للطاقة والمعادن لتسهيل مراقبة جودة المواد البترولية وتمكين السفن من تفريع حمولاتها من المواد البترولية فور تحسن الظروف المناخية. وهذه الإجراءات الاستباقية تنبثق من تجربة المملكة المغربية أكثر من 35 سنة، في تحليل التغيرات المناخية وضبط آثارها، وسيقوم قطاع التنمية المستدامة بالتواصل حول هذا الموضوع في الوقت المناسب.
