Not after a photo swap. You're essentially calling them ugly on some scale: too fat, old, dark, short, etc. Many guys have insecurities around some aspect of their looks. You don't have to say anything bad. One option is to lie. "Oh my God, you look so much like my ex! I'm still getting over him, and it would be too much for me right now."
