Spending today reflecting on the incredible work happening in classrooms. I feel fortunate that my role allows me to partner with educators and support students in taking ownership of their learning. Here are a few pics from this week to celebrate.

UNDERSTANDING is the key... it's no 1940 anymore folks... we aren't preparing students for assembly line work- they need to THINK, REASON, COLLABORATE, and PROBLEM SOLVE in order to be eligible for quality jobs in the 21st century.

Hot take: We need to stop racing to the final answer in math class. If we only teach the procedure to get the answer, we would get so many false positives. Yeah, they got the right answer, but do they actually understand the math?
