@autopilotgod Maybe I'm not wording it precisely, but it's not a matter of how the "texture effects" appear, but a total examination of all the parts collectively. The lines move in ways that aren't natural or logical, and are inconsistent in shape, size, uniformity, and direction.

People these days are way too quick to scream "This looks weird — it's definitely AI!" I get that some images look off, but not all of them. If they actually knew illustration, they'd recognize that tools in Photoshop have native distortion effects that create similar effects... It's wild how confidently people declare things they're uncertain about. I honestly am not 100% sure here, which is wid to me how certain some ppl are, when you just can't be imo.

If they're gonna adapt old manga into modern anime, I hope studios will hire showa-era Anisingers for music. The absolute 4 Queens for me are: Yoko Ishida, Megumi Hayashibara, Masami Okui and Chihiro Yonekura. They can still outsing anyone today.
