Here's the victim of the 'aggressive Indian dwarf'.
From what I've seen online the 'terrible Indian dwarf' is of Iranian descent.

At the end, the aggressive Indian dwarf says, "You don't know me personally, but you know what I'm on about" to the two Sikh bystanders who intervene. He pulls the race card, then appeals to ethnic tribalism because he is outnumbered by the men he provoked. Fortunately, the two men here seemed reasonable, and tried to broker peace. But in other scenarios, that won't be the case. In-group loyalty will prevail over reason and evidence, in these technically coded altercations. And they will only increase in frequency the more that people who have no business being in our country are forced upon us.
