This is where the pathways fall apart and once you factor in downstream hydrotreating, the efficiency story changes quickly... but you know this Bill.

That’s a lot of negative confidence for something in commercialization sequencing. Nobody “passes” before validation, it's a process and they wait for data. That’s how it works, period. And Bill - SCW showing up somewhere in a refinery doesn’t make it a scalable solution for this use case. You're using something completely out of context.

@chillipickle7 @SpecificWhite Exxon Baytown using supercritical water in their process; XOM doesn’t reveal anything about their processes, so you won’t see it advertised. Shubham dropped it quickly when he took over at Prospera. There’s plenty of condensate on market, so bitumen vertical useless.

We’ve been here before, Bill. Different chemistry, different outputs, different constraints. HTC doesn't use supercritical water liquefaction and Aduro isn’t positioning it that way. This was recently confirmed in an interview with Ofer. With regards to Mura. Show me sustained product quality, hydrogen efficiency, and seamless integration into existing petrochemical infrastructure. That’s what actually determines commercial viability. Scaling into real infrastructure isn’t as easy as you think... just ask Dow, they adjusted their plans significantly back in August '25. 👀
