A historic blizzard swept over Wisconsin this week reminding us that farming means embracing the unpredictable. One day, trees are budding, early blooms are in the pollinator beds, and cover crops are coming out of dormancy. The next, winter makes an unexpected return. It is all part of the rhythm of the land and the resilience it takes to farm it. During National Agriculture Week, we are especially grateful for the dedication, patience, and adaptability of our farm team and farmers everywhere who work with nature in all its seasons.
