@Kotyjo I've been looking at a storm The problem with a pro till is it buries residue. we have a 2100 Salford and does a great job cutting residue but struggles to roll it down. It be nice to have one that could do both.

@StangSheldon Great as you can change the disc sngle from the cab. 14 or 7 or straight. For the single if the blades. Deep ruts more sngle needed. Cat tails two or three passes and chewed up

@JSeimes @Plantmore1 One other thing I forgot to mention getting parts from Neeralta has been really nice. We broke down on Friday night and Neeralta delivered part I needed next morning. Their service is top Notch. I'm not sure I could say the same for other brand of blue.

@Plantmore1 Thinking that going forward I’m likely going to have to bag a lot of stuff, pretty sure both my combine drivers are going to retire after this year so I’m gonna run into a real man power shortage, park the trucks and bag in the field would alleviate some of that.

Ok ag people, school me on grain bagging What’s the best brands of baggers and extractors? Looking at these first couple fields of wheat I may have a storage issue and manpower is pretty good but if I can park the trucks and just cart to a bag that really frees things up.

@JSeimes We have run a few different brands of extractors and baggers over the years. I have had the best luck with Neeralta bagger and Akron extractors with bag roller option on the Akron extractor. These two machines have made bagging quite efficient.

@_GMunholland I would try Hockley. Hodge has no legs it should be renamed CDC Lodge. I have grown it two seasons now and not impressed with it.

It has been an amazing experience being involved with WARC. I’ve gained many more connections within the industry and contributed a small part in the growth of the organization. Highly recommend getting involved with any of the Agri-Arm sites throughout the province!
WARC@WARC_SK

Thank you to retiring Board Member Mike Palmier for his contributions over the past six years, two of those years as Chairperson - you will be missed! Vice-Chairperson Eric Charabin presented Mike with a small token of our appreciation.

Into Hodge wheat now. Seems fluffier and better stand than Starbuck but less bushels. Anyone with similar experience?

@zeefarmer We put up a heated building with Prarie Post in 21 and we’re super happy with them. We are putting up another cold storage this year and honestly never priced elsewhere as we’re so happy on first building. The price is competitive and quality on my first building was top notch.

Looking for recommendations for companies/builders who would put up a pole shed? At least 8000 square feet. Have a quote from Prairie Post already, just looking for others that you'd recommend.
