After talking to lots of companies about implementing AI, I noticed a trend: The most AI-forward companies are CENTRALLY MANAGING & providing shared agents to be used by all team members, instead of relying on employees to set up their own agents. There's usually someone internal officially in charge of managing these agents centrally This saves money & time for employees, and lowers the barrier for nontechnical teams to start using agents This also helps reduce "shadow AI" where employees are essentially paying to do their jobs by using personal Claude/Codex subscriptions
