Today, we're migrating authentication of our users from #Wordpress to #Firebase Auth. Firebase Auth has a method to import users, and since we can get the users' password hashes from the Wordpress database, migration should be easy, right? Well, let's try that! (1/n)

@EmailEricD We're pretty happy with SendGrid TBH. I've also used AWS Simple Email Service and it's working great too even though it has less capabilities. For Marketing emails, we recently migrated from IFS to ActiveCampaign and it's definitely a great option.

Yes, @sendgrid is down. Too bad they don't use sendgrid for sending you status updates when you subscribe by email, that could have been fun (spoiler : they use mailgun). #sendgridDown
