Congrats to Katy Zang, who becomes Teays Valley’s 1st ever indoor state champion, as she runs away with the 3200 in a state record time of 9:42.84!

So grateful for this indoor season! A lot of great growth came out of it and throughout the season I added around 13 feet to my pr. I ended my season at spire with a final throw of 45’9 and came 4th at the state meet! So blessed and can’t wait till next year! #allglorytoGod

Congrats to our two indoor state qualifiers in the Weight Throw. Cami Myers finishes her HS Indoor career in 15th, with a throw of 32’9”! Kennedy Tietz hits a massive PR of 45’9” to take 4th place! She is the highest finisher on the indoor state podium in Teays Valley history!

Can’t emphasize this enough based on the athletes I’ve worked with that make it to next level, and those that don’t. Spend every dollar you’d use on exposure investing in yourself. Nutrition, training, and development. Youth athletes LISTEN

Caiden Blackburn takes 7th in long jump on the Teays Valley indoor record board with a leap of 17’8.25”!

Trevor Roeder gets TV T-6 in high jump with a leap of 5’2”!

Rylan Shaver ties his best effort from last season and earns TV #5 with a vault of 9’6”!
