How old were you, when you realised the following - 0.9 litre engine, - 1.4 litre engine, - 2.0 litre engine etc This only means a vehicle requires 0.9 litre of fuel for every 1 kilometres travelled. So if it's 2.0 litre engine you travel more kilometres with less fuel.

What Happened in Vaal. The Truck driver was also irresponsible and very selfish in the name of driving in the "Right of way". Every person on the road behind the wheel has an obligation to save Lives when driving. Now 13 kids have died because wena as a Truck driver you had a right of way and you could not slow down. It's unethical. Both the Taxi driver and the Truck Driver must be equally charged for murder.
