FAO parents of students on art trip to Manchester. The students are safe. Unfortunately, the coach that they are on is stuck in traffic caused by a serious accident on the Woodhead pass. There is no signal in the area where they are and you will be unable to contact students.

Yesterday we extended a warm welcome to international visitors across TRC and Inspire Trust. We were proud to host colleagues from the National Academy of Education in China, school leaders from across the country, and representatives from University College London.👏✨🌏

Today our Y12 scientists visited Sheffield Hallam University for a hands-on experience. They conducted biology and chemistry experiments in state-of-the-art labs and attended a lecture and Q&A session with current SHU students. #science #chemistry #biology #university

NEW UPDATE REMOTE LEARNING - FRIDAY 9th In light of the amber warnings for snow overnight and into tomorrow morning, we have taken the decision to move to remote learning for those lessons scheduled to take place tomorrow (Friday 9th January).

Based on the current forecast indicating adverse weather conditions, we have taken the decision to close college at 3.00pm (the end of Period 4) this afternoon to allow students and staff to travel safely home. Last lesson will be cancelled. 📷📷📷

We have just delivered a car full of foodbank donations to Rotherham Foodbank. They were hard at work creating food parcels for the local community and were overjoyed by the sheer amount of donations we collected. Thank you to everyone who generously donated. ❤

On Tuesday, we were thrilled to welcome back students from the Class of Summer ’25 for our Celebration Evening. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and honour their hard work and dedication. Prizes were awarded across multiple categories, recognising achievement.
