Woke up early this morning to smoke filling my lungs again. Another fire, this time in Napa. Prayers for everyone affected by the fire.

I attended a sacred medicine ceremony this past weekend. I love wild psychedelic parties but sitting in prayer all night is incredibly healing and inspirational. Very Shamanic!

I’ve never been a big fan of sci- fi thriller books but reading @StephenKing ‘s book “On Writing” I learned more about writing than I’ve ever learned from any other source! I also realized what a brilliant cool dude he is... I hope to meet him in person some day.
