Virginia Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger is considering Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid for a top Virginia State Police position, according to sources. As I've extensively reported, Kincaid refuses to honor ICE detainers and releases criminal illegal immigrants into the community. ⬇️

🚨🚨 New: WJLA has learned that Marvin Fernando Morales-Ortez, who is accused of killing someone a day after being released from jail in Reston, Virginia, is in the country illegally and faced numerous previous charges in Fairfax County, including being charged in a separate murder without ever facing justice. Fairfax County County Commonwealth' Attorney Steve Descano nolle prosequi the man's first-degree murder charge earlier this year, allowing him to walk free and allegedly kill another person this week. Court records indicate that since 2020, Morales-Ortez has been charged with at several crimes in Fairfax County, including a first-degree murder charge in 2021. WJLA found every single time but one, Descano's office at some point decided to nolle prosequi the case, meaning they declined to move forward with prosecuting it. ICE tells me that Fairfax County refused to work with ICE and released this "criminal illegal alien from El Salvador" onto Virginia streets instead of safely into ICE custody. Hi, this is former Delegate Tim Hugo 1. Tomorrow is a big day for Virginia with a lot of important choices to make. On the Republican side, I’ve known all three candidates for many years. 2. Jason Miyares, he’s my former colleague, my friend, my brother. If you are concerned about the proliferation of criminal gangs, if you support the police, or, if you are sickened by the fentanyl funerals that plague so many neighborhoods, you really do need to look to Jason Miyares for leadership. 3. John Reid, I served in the House of Delegates with his Dad – who was also a great conservative. And, John, he has been on the radio as an articulate and passionate advocate of conservative issues for so many years. When you stand John on the issues next to his leftist opponent, is it really a question? 4. Winsome Sears, some of you know that I ran against her four years ago for Lt. Governor. It was close. That’s ok. I’m originally from Virginia Beach. Sometimes you ride a wave and sometimes it knocks you down. But, you always get back up and do the right thing. Today, doing the right thing is looking at the issues a candidate supports. Who is the person who is a defender of “Right to Work”, won’t increase our taxes, who will protect the Second Amendment, and who will protect the privacy of women and will protect girls’ sports. I think that you know the answer. 5. Tomorrow, when you vote, when you think about these important issues and so many more, please think about Jason Miyares, John Reid, and Winsome Sears. 6. Blessings to all and God Bless Our Commonwealth of Virginia. Fairfax Gop

Last Fall, President Obama (notice, I am always respectful in using his duly earned title) castigated African-American men for not sufficiently supporting Vice President Kamala Harris. Am I saying that this is a hypocritical, yes!

Democrat pressure will now be on Spanberger to clearly and publicly endorse Jay Jones. If she does, she loses with moderate Dems and Independents. If she does not, she loses with her most partisan and fervent Democrat supporters. This ad is well done political jujitsu by Miyares.

At the Burke Farmers Market in Fairfax County today, a self-proclaimed Antifa supporter called me a “Nazi.” I got it on video because this was her third aggressive pass by. Disagreement is part of democracy but demeaning others isn’t. I’ll keep showing up, listening, and focusing on what matters: lowering taxes, improving schools, and restoring civility in Virginia politics.
