Europe has been this planet's hub of cultural diversity for centuries, but the unique cultures of Europe are being over-ridden in order for Europe to have a single centralized government. To make things easier, The Belgian language might well be mandated and taught in the schools as Europe's single spoken language. Of course, a lot of heads might need to be cracked to make this happen, but then, this is what the Russians did to all the ethnic territories it conquered.

Very messy (and absurd) if you ask me. At what percentage of "blackness" are we talking about here? 5% blacks will look white but still get 5% of what a 100% black person would get? 25% black => 25% reparation? What about all the post 1880 African immigrants? What about 50% Hispanic + 25% Black + 25% Asian? The skin color could still be quite dark. Do we need a skin pigmentation measure? What about the pre-civil war black slaveholders? Many Italians and Middle easterners have darker skins than Mulattos. Should they receive reparations? What about reparations for the descendants of 600,000 white people who died to free the slaves 160 years ago? How good are our records going so far back, anyway?

The game of "repairing" long gone history can be a very slippery slope, with rot and slop at the bottom. Thousands of black millionaires might disagree with this race hustler, if they have any appreciation for the 600,000 Americans who died to end slavery in this country.
