I usually buy 10 bags of pure water every month from a woman whose shop is close to my compound. Yesterday, I went to her shop to buy water and met the supplier delivering bags of pure water to her. Out of curiosity, I asked one of the boys offloading the water how much they sold a bag. He said ₦350 per bag, but this woman sells it for ₦500. I didn’t say anything. I just bought something else instead of water and left. Later that evening, I went to another shop directly opposite hers. “Madam, how much is a bag of pure water?” “₦400,” she replied. I said, “Madam, please give me 10 bags.” She asked her sales boys to help me carry them home, and we had to pass right in front of the first woman’s shop. She saw us. This morning, I greeted her… she didn’t answer me.

Conclusion There's a strong chance I'm midcurving all of this and reading too deep into the $LINEA ecosystem. It could very well end up being another down-only TGE & dead L2. In any case, I don't see any other great opportunities on the market right now. It's worth a shot. TGE tomorrow, good luck.

The best part about Linea though is that in addition to all its insane tokenomics + backings/team, it is also "100% Ethereum" and "pushes value back to L1." So, at this point, every single generic piece of FUD that is generally used against L2s & VC coins have been countered. Linea is non-extractive. Linea isn't cannibalistic. Linea actually has a use case for both crypto-natives and institutions. But let's dive a bit deeper into this 🔽

The problem with any Binance Alpha airdrop is that it's pure, absolute selling pressure. If LXP holders are hesitating about what price they're willing to sell the airdrop they worked so hard for, then for Binance Alpha users every airdrop is literally free tokens - so of course they're gonna dump into market orders the very first second they get them. And for LXP holders, who were constantly reassured with promises like "only airdrop recipients will have tokens at listing, there won’t be any other market pressure" this obviously feels especially painful.

Well, $LINEA still ended up on Binance Alpha. I was hoping we could avoid this legalized bribe, but it is what it is. Premarket is already showing its excitement and true love for @binance.
