I probably have posted 100 times that being an SEC filer combined with being on the CSE exchange is massively bullish. Not filing is the biggest event since the CEO took over the ticker imo.

This will run 1500% from here before any announcement of an RS or uplist so just stop with all the assumptions when you have no clue with what's going on. Unless they let it run a little, RS, and then let it organically grow in OTC before trying to uplist. They would have to have massive plans though for that to happen.

@Keatsr25 Not a correct statement but the company is solid. They cancelled 77 mil shares that were issued by mistake. Those had to be returned. They are however go f to be paying all outstanding debt left with cash! That's unheard of in OTC.

They are going to run this to .03-.05 before any RS announcement so they already have all the key businesses up and running to show their intent before uplist and RS announcement.

@wvuwagon @Toronto_Trading It’ll eventually split heavy. I prefer that as it will sell off out of fear and I can add (if I choose) heavy cheap. OTCM has not changed the ticker to Pink Limited yet? I’m befuddled at the least.

@LuisAdven This is why I say we are going to .03-.05 minimum in short term. Ujjwal will be managing a 100 Mil AI fund which is the minimum amount required for SPAC uplist. Then the Quantum Computing piece in addition. Even at .03, that's only a market cap of $186 Mil with basic math!
