@TravelWithIssa @the_mediaman1 Your issue is you want Arsenal, Bruno and Palace after, that’s alot of transfers. You could stick to the plan but keep Gabriel on bench boost? Not ideal but you at least have 14 doublers.

Managers who’ve already used their WC — what’s your GW33 plan? How are you dealing with everyone loading up on doublers for a GW33 BB? Just using transfers to bring a few in and hoping for the best? Honestly… most of the doublers don’t even look that great. #FPL #FPLCommunity

With Arsenal losing, I could well roll in GW 32, FH 33 & use 2 transfers to navigate any BGW players in 34 which is maximum 6 if Leeds beat West Ham.

@F1GuyDan @M0lly_Writes All the F1 “journalists” running around defending each like their lives depend on it. You can’t go around writing up whatever you want about verstappen and expect him to be totally fine with you. The questions thrown at him would make you question the integrity of the sport.

🧵 Worth keeping in mind that a good chunk of the content you digest/share/aggregate is because F1 has press that is without censorship & intimidation. If they didn’t, many of the media sessions would look like the ones from the private Barcelona shakedown where drivers are asked only straightforward questions that hardly reveal anything interesting. For example, we didn’t find out how the drivers truly felt about the new cars until media was allowed back for Bahrain testing. The role of a reporter is not to be a fan. They can & should give individuals their deserved praise in moments of greatness but they should ask tough, critical questions while maintaining professionalism in other moments too. It’s also not clickbait if it’s an article you don’t like or is a column, which isn’t a news article at all but a designed opinion piece. People can also be nuanced & agree or disagree with one action & then feel differently about something separate. This is not a gotcha. Just because I say I like pizza doesn’t mean I hate pasta. The subject being interviewed also has the right to communicate or do as they please if they feel a reporter is out of line. You can make your own opinion if you feel today’s actions to expel the journalist were justified & no one can take that from you. I personally think it wasn’t justified & there were probably better ways to go about it without making it into what it currently is but that’s just my opinion & admittedly, a biased one at that. I just wanted to help clear up the role of what a journalist does because I feel like many don’t understand how that works. I’ll go back into my box of niche stats now.

But to ban someone for asking it seems a bit OTT in my view. Suspect in the coming days and weeks it may be reversed. A bad look for Red Bull as well as Verstappen himself. I say that with undoubted bias as a member of the media but it is my view
