Adı üstünde GELİR VERGİSİ. ama bu yapılan vergi değil zorunlu tahsilattır. Vergilendirme böyle yapılamaz. Kanıtlanabilir kazançlar vergilendirilebilir. Gelir hesabı neye göre yapılacak? Bundan 3 yıl önce borsaya 500.000$ yatırım yapan bir şahıs 1 yıl sonra 200.000$ çekim yaptığında GİB üzerinden bunun 80.000$ ını gelir vergii olarak nasıl ödeyebilir ? Spot zarara devlet ortakmı olacak ? #kriptodavergiyehayır

GOLD - new ATH SILVER - new ATH S&P 500 - near ATH NASDAQ - near ATH DOW - new ATH While Bitcoin is down -28% from its peak, having the worst Q4 in the last 7 years without any negative news, FUD, or scandal. There is no explanation for this except pure market manipulation.

Update: Binance exchange order book metrics show $1b of Bitcoin was sold on an illiquid Saturday to manifest the Wyckoff. However their wallet balance still reflects 631k $BTC proving it is synthetic trading, spoofing and manipulation using user funds, not actual Bitcoin on chain.
