Agree 100%. Most editors price from insecurity not from impact. The moment you start thinking about the value you deliver to a brand, everything shifts. We pay editors what the work is actually worth at VALORAE Arc. Currently hiring if you know your value and can back it up with your reel.

Completely agree with this. Genuine conversation beats every funnel we have ever tried. Same goes for building a team honestly. Stopped relying on job boards and started just talking to people.
