@BelfastDon I hadn’t put fuel in for about 2 weeks, had enough left to last a couple of days but honestly said to myself earlier as I was at station “they’ll never reduce the tax here or it’ll take weeks”. FML

People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection.
Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred.
It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response.
It’s neurological, not a character flaw

If the credit card is with a different lender cancel the direct debit. Might be too late for tomorrow. The wage transfers usually go in around 00:30/00:45 and the direct debits go out a couple of hours later, so if you have another account, transfer to it and then manually pay in the order you want to.
