Torch doesn't need buffs—I wouldn't even call these buffs since Flaming Meteor is a useless ability 99% of the time, especially for a flying hero. He needs a low-key rework.
A shotgun on a flying hero is the dumbest shit ever. Give him an Iron Man-style auto-attack, make Blazing Blast his primary fire, or add a long-range flamethrower (and/or replace Blazing Blast with one).
Gigabuff the cooldown on Pyro-Prison.
Supernova is one of the weakest, most useless ults in the game. It should mix Rogue and Storm ults: Torch becomes the epicenter of a literal supernova, blasting huge damage in a full radius around his body, then pulsing DoT effects.

Not that bad for a half season update tbh. Dino losing knockdown on his beam is huge. Not sure how Torch/Blade mains (are there any?) feel about their buffs but it’s a small step in the right direction for those two. You might see some more Angela’s flying around
