Officers showed empathy and encouraged them to be careful when they get to the location. On getting to the agreed location, after the payment of ransom and all other transactions, kidnappers told family members that on their way back, they will see a police checkpoint (the same checkpoint they saw on their way going) that the officers will ask them how much they pay for the ransom, kidnappers told family members to lie to the police at the checkpoint that they should not mention the amount they pay.
