@WittyyName Immersion and positive reinforcement. Keep doing the thing that terrifies you until you start getting positive remarks on your work. Over time, my hindbrain finally realized I’m good at what I do and the imposter syndrome went away.

Anyone got some advice for how to deal with imposter syndrome and feeling like a failure? I’ve got that ancient monkey brain neurodivergent programming to fixate on things that make me anxious to “protect” me and damn it’s exhausting 😞
