Hey @WorldStrides I know you are private equity owned, so I have the lowest of expectations. In fact, i would never voluntarily use your service, however my child’s school does. On hold for 1 hr 15 min+ Is anybody home? Cant imagine if one of your trips had an emergency. Yikes.
