Lana Rhoades says she is against the c6rn6graphy industry now and she feels that her child will have to handle so much mentally when he’s grown. She says she regrets her decisions deeply because she didn’t know how to turn down certain contents tagged as h6rdc6re which had her making contents with people she barely knew and wasn’t comfortable with leaving her mentally unstable. Nintendo is forced to take action to protect their tradrmark.
If you own a trademark on something and dont take legal action to protect it then the law sees that as fair game and you release your trademark and everyone can do what they want.
You must defend your trademark at every known possibility or the law says its null and void.
Copyright/trademark laws are the problem.

Nintendo also lost a lawsuit to iLife Technologies for patent infringement with the Wii-Mote. (iLife makes specialized software for businesses and had a patent on a motion controlled handheld mouse for years.)
Nintendo had to pay $10 million dollars but the biggest kicker was they could no longer use the wii-mote or advertise another system with having a similar motion control scheme. This is why there was no "Wii 2" or "Super Wii" but instead a Wii-U with an entirely different gimmick.
Nintendo played it off as being an evolution of the system but the Wii was their biggest selling system ever at that time. People who didn't play games had Wiis.
