My friend who lives there made a good point that him saying this is literally messing with people’s livelihoods. Memphis is already a poor city and you’re calling for a team to be moved and for jobs to be lost? Just so you don’t have to spend one night there?

I just got off the phone with a former CENTCOM operations officer. What he told me made my stomach drop: "When they deny the jet exists but the wreckage is on camera, the next move is always the worst one."

We’re working with a soldier at Ft Bragg who under normal circumstances would likely be removed from deployment by Behavior Health, but apparently anxiety/panic/depression is so widespread the bar is very high for being taken off the roster. They all deploy to the MidEast tonight

@GfedGoCrazy Silver spoon BS. There’s a few downtown hotels that would be considered very high end for normal people, but the city doesn’t have 5-star hotels large enough to accommodate entire teams like most NBA cities. There isn’t a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons
