"Somebody I know went to work for SpaceX and said, 'It's like being dropped into a zone of shocking competence.' The best engineers in the world want to work for Elon Musk because he's the one CEO who's able to work with them as a peer."

@SenJohnBarrasso Bullshit, Senator. #FactsMatter As of March 2026, 36 states require or request voters to show some form of identification (ID) to vote in person at the polls on Election Day. Be part of the solution, not a problematic, shit stirring, lunk-head.

@alphafox That's all you find in Paso Del Norte. That and a 90 year old horned toad.

@KingBobIIV I don't want to add fuel to the fire, but I finished a large tub of marmite yesterday.

I don't mean to alarm anyone, but I've just finished a bottle of Worcestershire Sauce.
What happens now? Does this tear a hole in the space time continuum or something?
The last time this happened David Bowie, George Micheal, John Hurt and Professor Snape died.
Is there a number to call to something?

Hydrogen is the stupidest, most ridiculous, and most impossible energy alternative. It takes 5 to 10 times more energy than it returns. This has been known since 2004, yet hydrogen refuses to die.
It is far from renewable because it contains no energy at all—energy must be forced into it like a battery—and you lose even more when converting it back to electricity. It has the worst energy return of any alternative: far more energy goes in than you ever get back.
Consider the process: you first split hydrogen from natural gas or use far more energy to electrolyze it from water, then compress or liquefy it, build extremely expensive and short-lived steel containers and pipelines (since hydrogen embrittles them), and finally deliver it to virtually non-existent hydrogen vehicles. Fuel cell technology remains far from commercial.
It is also highly explosive. Hydrogen requires 12 times less energy to ignite than gasoline vapor, so the smallest spark or heat source can turn it into a bomb.

hydrogen Powered Car, 1,500 km range with a 5-second refill… sounds illegal.

@SawyerMerritt @DirtyTesLa Stunned, I say. He found the inside was marginally less dirty than the outside.

2026 and grown adults are puzzled by planes. Social media has basically destroyed rational thought and turned everyone into cretins with the attention span of a gnat.

@Sparkpoodle1 #FactsMatter True. Pasteurization effectively eliminates E. coli O157:H7 in milk. This is an active, ongoing investigation (updated as recently as March 15–17, 2026). Check the FDA's outbreak page for the latest: fda.gov/food/outbreaks…
English

I can not understand what the big deal is with pasteurization? It's literally just heating milk for a set time then rapidly cooling it
No chemicals, no high tech equipment, it's just heated milk
FactPost@factpostnews
The FDA has announced at least 7 people have contracted E. coli linked to cheddar cheese made from raw milk.
