Yes—at this stage, the node topology is centrally guided. We’ve never tried to hide that: in status.yaml and in the docs we explicitly state “project seed nodes provide the baseline support.” But it’s important to separate two things: what’s centralized today is the current node set, not the protocol architecture. What we’re running is a true, full-stack protocol: on-chain revenue sharing, on-chain rights confirmation for LoRA, content-addressed model weights, and an open path for node participation. In other words, the architecture is decentralized while the network is in a guided bootstrapping phase—our centralization is the starting line, not the destination.
