Polska musi być miejscem, gdzie prowadzi się badania naukowe i gdzie nie marnuje się talentów.
Projekt budżetu na 2025 proponuje krok wstecz - środki dla @NCN_PL (wcześniej długo mrożone) mają wzrosnąć o ok. 3%, przy inflacji 5%.
To trzeba zmienić.
