Dear @cz_binance, I am reaching out to you on behalf of myself (Binance KOL Award 2022 CIS), @toptraders0x (Binance KOL Award 2022 CEE), and our entire large TW community. Since 2019, as leading influencers, we have acted as reliable partners and actively supported @TrustWallet. We collected a massive amount of user feedback, defended the project’s reputation during its most critical moments (including the hacks), and have always stood by your side. However, the current trajectory of the project causes us deep concern. Our community feels disoriented, and as opinion leaders, we can no longer ignore this. Unfortunately, the new CEO @felix_fan has completely failed to establish the connection and level of trust with the community that @vikmeup and @EowynChen carefully built over 7 years. We see a total lack of dialogue. Previously announced plans and commitments to the audience are being ignored, and communication has been reduced to zero. Is this the "new strategy" you spoke about at the end of 2025? Where is the promised integration of the $TWT token’s utility and the execution of the 2026 Roadmap according to the Litepaper that was so actively promoted? Why have all mentions of $TWT dropped to zero since the New Year, and why has the team started ignoring any questions regarding this topic? What exactly happened? Instead of providing clarity, the new CEO @felix_fan simply blocked the @toptraders0x account on Telegram just to avoid answering uncomfortable questions. The project urgently needs a return to transparency. If the current leadership is unwilling or unable to maintain an open dialogue with its community, we respectfully ask for your intervention. We need your guidance and help to get Trust Wallet back on the right path, before years of hard work by the entire community are undone. The community deserves clarity. We care deeply about Trust Wallet, which is why we need answers, CZ.
