Yes, in a purely mean-spirited act, someone reported Rudi to the City. Wasn't aware of the ordinance. AM aware of other pigs in Madison, but won't out them. Have other plans. I'm a psychologist who doesn't understand pettiness. Whoever you are, you suck.
