Why would you ever buy silver or gold?? What would you do with it? How do you liquidate it? It’s very difficult to liquidate and if you can, you won’t be able to sell it for a profit. You might not even break even. My grandpa bought real silver coins about 20 years ago and now they are worth about 50% of what he paid for them.
