Nowhere else has quite this level of civilizational depth and legacy. The europeans really advanced fast. Once irrelvant barbarians, now the masters of the world.

For the past 1000 years, the Europeans have always been up to the most batshit insane yet revolutionary moments for civilization. Whether the crusades, the colonization, spanish secession, the french revolution, the napoleonic, the world wars, and now, mass immigration.

I like to imagine that if the Kaiserreich had won ww1, the world would just look like fullmetal alchemist.

If Napoleon was going to be the modern Alexander, Hitler was going to be the modern ceasar. Alternate Timelines HAVE to exist somehow. The nazi timeline is just way too cool for it to not exist. There has to be a timeline where the crusades suceeded or the confederacy won too.

Nazi Germany was supposed to be the new Rome, Egypt, or Babylon in the 20th century but god just couldn't let us have that epic timeline.
