7. Avoid high creator fees -> Ideally max. 2.5 % 8. Avoid getting sucked-in by the hype -> Stay rational 9. Timing -> Buy when is ETH is low and NFTs are down (like now ;) 10. Be patient and buy rare items off the floor or send offers -> Don’t over pay

After playing around with NFTs for a few months, here are the steps I follow based on lessons learned: 1. Follow a theme -> Historical collectables, Utility, Art, PFP… 2. Creators -> Solid reputation

@_gbit @GiancarloChaux I agree. Self regulation in a decentralized manner, these are new concepts that have to be fleshed out, but it will come, right now we are going through the “growing pains”

@Quirino_CEO @GiancarloChaux I think it's a risk for the emergence of the movement. The space should regulate itself in a decentralised way. More transparency on fees and utility could also help...

@GiancarloChaux @_gbit Sounds a lot like the early days of the stock market. Regulation cleaned a lot of it up, but is that why we want? More oversight at the emergence of a decentralized movement????
