Im looking to transfer banks..Being a diaspora client can be very frustrating dealing with these people .

Their customer service is horrible...
Their seemless applications they pride in are very shallow...I swapped phones and coukd access my accounts..Took them 3 days to even respond to my issue...my emails remain unresponded to, to date

@waithera_jk This thread awakened some of my worst memories growing up. I live my days on earth like shit never happened. My coping mechanism is to smile alot. Even though deep down Im dying. Sadly, to date, I feel gaslighted and always on guard even when someone genuine shows me love. WIP
at what point did you know your parents had lost you as a child? i’ll go first. with my dad, it was when he slammed me so hard against the wall i lost consciousness for a few seconds whilst shielding my face from the blows that followed. i was 17 & working. pains me to date
@StanbicKE I recently purchased an MMF but I have no way of tracking performance. My mobile app is greyed out at the unit trust Portfolio section. It says my portfolio is empty. It's been 3months back and forth with my relationship manager. KINDLY assist.
