@AbhiDhabi5 @benedictevans IMHO depending on org size All-hands meetings, which are often top down type updates, work great remotely and easily recorded for those that can’t make it. I think coming in for smaller more interactive sessions may be more valuable. I guess we’ll need to see what works...

@benedictevans I think the "1-2" days is a prelude to permanent WFH/quarterly all-hands meetings. No idea how it's otherwise workable if a major benefit is cost savings.
