Just over six years after the first cases were reported, the majority of Canadians say that they are satisfied with how the federal government handled the COVID-19 pandemic. toronto.citynews.ca/2026/03/23/can…

@_CatintheHat @1goodtern Our son is a Kent uni student. On Tuesday last week he received the antibiotics; on Thursday, last week, the vax (such a relief). We r v grateful for the huge effort made by the NHS staff. But y the policy: our son was made to remove his K95 mask & don a surgical mask!

fit testing makes sure that no air can get through tiny gaps. generally N95s will have far fewer+smaller gaps than a surgical. just an informal check making sure that there are no gaps that you can see/feel make an N95 waaaay better than a surgical. x.com/trshpuppy/stat…

Got this patient info sheet from the after hours clinic where my son went for an ear issue (not Covid, thankfully) Apparently they are calling Covid a "common cold" now & normalizing kids being sick like 16 weeks of the year "without cause for concern" 😳
