I think being in 2–3 private alpha communities is enough. There's only so much you can keep up with. When you're in too many communities, you end up stretched thin, struggling to follow everything and unsure where to focus your attention. Growth can become harder too. You're constantly adjusting to different cultures, expectations, and conversations instead of building deeper relationships in a few places. It's better to be part of a handful of strong communities and grow from there. At the end of the day, you just can't be everywhere.
