Hardest thing Ive ever had to battle over the last few months are these thoughts in my head 😭😭

Honestly everything’s so hard I don’t even know what’s going in fully in my mind 😭 I’m trying sooo god damn hard 😭 Things feel like they’re crumbling and i cant stop them 😭

Will I ever be goof enough for anyone in this world? No matter who I try to be or what I do it never seems enough for anyone 😭

One of the worst things for me about my 14hr day shifts is that I just cannot sleep before them 🙃I have two in a row this week, might as well stay there for two days doing a 48hr+ shift because no sleep Weill be happening 😩

Someone kindly tell me how I am suppose to sleep in this heat the night before a 14hr shift in a hospital with no air con ?
