@BearNotesApp My iPhone and Mac are both running version 26.4 Beta 4. That might be the cause. I’ve attached a screenshot. Except for “날짜” (meaning “Date”) and “건강” (meaning “Health”), all the other tags are default ones. examples of what isn’t working: “곰” (“Bear”) “사랑”(“Love ”)

@wbms369 Hello! This sounds odd. First of all, could you please confirm all your devices have been updated to the latest version? If yes, could you give us an example of a tag name which has changed from auto icon to default version? We'll investigate ASAP. Thanks!

@BearNotesApp This is a really great update! However, I'm using it in Korea, and almost all the tag icons have been changed to the default # symbol. To me, even the existing auto icons have been changed to the default version, so it feels like a downgrade.

@ShySuspect 4. No, there's no risk on your note data. You just might see some missing icons in the Sidebar if you sync between version 2.7 and an older version. Please make sure to update on all devices! 🙌 About the pinned note loss, hrm, sounds odd. Please DM us if it still happens to you.

* Personally, I would suggest removing that group of “brand-type” tags. Not everyone likes all of those brands. * Will this update involve any major data changes? For example, could it cause issues like the previous update, where all pinned notes were lost because of a bug?

Cool! @BearNotesApp ---- a Will these tags still work the same way as before, meaning they are automatically converted into their corresponding icons once matched? And for tags used inside notes, will they display the same icons as the matching tags shown in the sidebar?

@ShySuspect 3. We included those as a visual shorthand for specific workflows, like saving Medium blogs or organizing Swift code. They're meant to help categorize different types of content at a glance, but we definitely appreciate the feedback on offering more brand-neutral options!

@BearNotesApp Hello, I have been using Bear for a very long time, almost since it was first released. Over quite a long period recently, I have had the impression that there have not been many new themes released or updated.

@BearNotesApp I wish you had tabbed windows like other apps. I can not write in a flow by switching through windows. No tabs creates writing friction.
