@EmeEdemBassey1 @WPS_Office After that I still sent them a request for refund via email with my details after that I waited the next day I saw the refund from Google play within 24hours

@EmeEdemBassey1 @WPS_Office When the money was deducted. I went to my email then I saw this message from Google play about the payment been successful. I then tap on the refund policy that's where I answered some questions and then submitted it to Google
